Plaque in memory of the stray dog Pluto, who
accompanied at all times to the workers who built the passage of Oktagon and
the building of the Prva Hrvatska štedionica,
the first savings bank in Croatia, between 1898 and 1900, works planned and
directed by the architect Josip Vancas (1859-1932). The dog died accidentally
in the work in 1899, and the architect and the workers decided to dedicate this
relief, which was placed in the newly built passage and in 2013 was transferred
to Mirko Bogović Street.
