BARCELONA, Spain. Ornate door


Carrer de Roger de Llúria 8-10.

Ornate door corresponding to one of the so-called "Cases Cabot" ('Cabot Houses'), two identical buildings belonging to Catalan Modern Style, designed by the architect Josep Vilaseca i Casanovas, built between 1901 and 1904. The ornamentation of this door is attributed to two sculptors named Vives and Albareda, of which no news has been found. These houses are classified as an asset of local interest.
